today was a good day. and i haven't been able to say that in quite awhile.

i prayed last night. i haven't been able to say that in quite awhile either.

purchased a few things at best buy this afternoon. that's about all i actually did in the way of activity, but it's not really what i did that made it a good day. i really "listened" (read intently?) to what aaron said to me last night while i was blowing off steam. i didn't let myself be depressed today. i was happy. i was my old self again. and it felt good to be him again. i think i'll try it again tomorrow. thanks aaron.
